Clinic Services

As of November 30, 2011, we will no longer be able to accept new patients. We will still be offering FREE Blood Pressure Checks Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. We will evaluate the results and make referrals to those individuals who have high blood pressure.

We can help you live a healthier life.

The Blood Pressure Clinic is a non-profit blood pressure treatment clinic sponsored by the Community Cardiovascular Council, Inc. Come visit either of our two Clinics for a free blood pressure check Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (click here for a list of other locations offering free blood pressure checks).

If you are diagnosed with high blood pressure, here’s what our clinic can do for you:

Reduce your high blood pressure to a normal level. The Clinic has a 90% success rate in controlling a patient’s blood pressure.

Evaluate your cardiovascular health. The Clinic’s physicians perform intake and annual cardiovascular physicals.

If needed, provide all prescription medications to help control blood pressure. The Clinic provides and dispenses an extensive list of available blood pressure medications on-site, both generic and name brand.

Provide all needed laboratory services to monitor your cardiovascular health. The Clinic provides all necessary laboratory services on site to monitor your specific cardiovascular health.

Provide monthly clinic appointments to monitor and evaluate your progress toward controlled blood pressure and cardiovascular health. The Clinic provides monthly visits with registered nurses and other allied health professionals in order to monitor your health, dispense medications, conduct laboratory screenings and encourage your progress.

Provide assistance in controlling other important cardiovascular risk factors. The Clinic staff will help you control and modify risk factors such as obesity, smoking, lack of exercise, poor diet and stress, using proven methods that are designed just for you and your lifestyle.

Best of all, one low monthly fee, based on your income, covers the cost of all these listed services. The Clinic’s case manager will evaluate your specific income level and adjust your monthly fee so it’s affordable for you.
